香茅醃料 Lemongrass Marinade
材料 Ingredients
做法:香茅切掉頭部,剝去外層老的葉子,並切去綠色部份,只取白的部份,然後切成小段。洋蔥切成小塊。將所有材料放進食物處理機或果汁機打勻即可。
Method: For the lemongrass, slice off the bottom of each stalk, peel off the dried-off layers, cut off the green part then cut it into small segments. Cut the onion into small chunks. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until the marinade is smooth.
